Murray MillerMurray J. Miller is the President/CEO of the College Resource Center, LLC and co-founder of the Smart Track™ Toolkit. In addition, Murray has assisted hundreds of families in making the transition from high school to college through his personal college advisory firm.

Murray is a published author, financial educator, popular speaker and national authority on the college planning process. He has lectured nationwide on how families can beat the high cost of college. He offers his expertise to parents of high school students with his book Winning the College Funding Game, and through corporate work/life benefit programs. As a native resident of Massachusetts, Mr. Miller also offers public college planning workshops through many local high schools and libraries. Murray has been consistently recognized as one of the country's top five college advisors.

Mr. Miller has been a guest speaker on talk shows including local stations such as Mat Schaffer’s Boston Sunday Review, Voice America with Ron Adams, and Money Matters Radio. Murray states, "I am a firm believer that any parent, regardless of their background or financial circumstances, can comfortably afford to help send their student(s) to college if they learn how to play and win the college planning game"


Scott GreenameyerScott Greenameyer is the CFO of the College Resource Center, LLC and co-founder of the Smart Track™ Toolkit. For over a decade, Scott has used his extensive financial background and college funding knowledge to help make college affordable for families. His planning with clients includes positioning their finances to maximize financial aid eligibility, structuring their finances to create cash flow for college and taking advantage of little known tax strategies to reduce college expenses.

Scott is also the creator and designer of a proprietary web-based college planning program that is currently being used by hundreds of college planning and college funding professionals across the country.

Scott obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota in 1982 and currently holds professional designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS). Scott is also a charter member of the National College Advocacy Group (NCAG). Prior to co-founding the College Resource Center, LLC Scott spent 20 years in the financial arena both in public accounting and as a corporate Chief Financial Officer.


Jacqueline GuzzettaJacqueline Guzzetta is the Director of Admissions Planning at the College Resource Center, LLC

Prior to joining CRC Jacqueline owned and operated a private college planning company where she successfully helped students manage all aspects of the college planning process. Jacqueline completed her Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. coursework within the University of California system where she was fortunate to have had the opportunity to teach college courses and mentor students. She has been part of the college admissions process including reviewing applications, hundreds of college essays, and is intimately familiar with what it takes to get into and be successful at a university. As a Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) through the National Institute of Certified College Planners, Jacqueline is also educated in the financial aspects of college planning.

Jacqueline is a member of the Western Association of College Admissions Counselors (WACAC), the National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC) and the National College Advocacy Group (NCAG). She has a decade of experience in the college planning arena and is passionate about helping student’s college dreams materialize. Hyoung KimHyoung Kim has been a member of the college planning arena since 2003 and joined the College Resource Center, LLC in 2009. Since that time he has developed and managed the very successful Asian Division of the company with offices in California as well as Dallas, Denver, New Jersey, New York, and Virginia.

Hyoung has an extensive financial background including experience in corporate finance, capital raising, and joint ventures.

Hyoung obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics at State University of New York at Buffalo and his MBA at City University of New York at Baruch. Hyoung also studied Applied Statistics at Yonsei University in Korea.


Jay RobieJay Robie is the VP of Business Development in the Corporate and Education channels with the College Resource Center, LLC. Jay has worked as an Admissions Counselor for St. Lawrence University and in the Graduate Admissions office at Boston College's Carroll School of Management. These experiences involved recruiting prospective students, interviewing candidates, evaluating all supporting documents connected with the application process, and providing recommendations to the admissions committee.

Additionally, Jay spent four years placing students into paid internships as Director of the Corporate Internship Program at Notre Dame High School - a member of the Cristo Rey Network. He helped to create the curriculum for the summer training program to better prepare students for their job assignments. Jay has also consulted for Road to College as an Admissions Planner, helping college bound families with the admissions process including: essay brainstorming and editing, mock interviewing, and the selection and analysis of college for the application process.

Jay joined the College Resource Center, LLC in September of 2011. He currently lives in Massachusetts with his wife and three "crazy" kids. He is a volunteer coach in soccer, lacrosse and football, and actively participates in fundraising efforts for all three sports.


Justin MunioJustin Munio is a Business Development Manager and Financial Aid Consultant with the College Resource Center, LLC. Since joining the team in 2007, Justin has worked with hundreds of families to complete financial aid applications and satisfy all requirements set forth by their prospective colleges. He is intimately familiar with the FAFSA and CSS/Profile, and stays up to date with all current changes to the college financial aid system. As Business Development Manager, Justin works with the CRC's affiliate network and also speaks at public workshops throughout the year for families of college bound students.

Justin was born in New York and attended SUNY Geneseo, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. He is also married and spends his free time playing ultimate frisbee with club teams in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, where he currently resides.


Laura GuarinoLaura Guarino is the Student Services Coordinator at the College Resource Center, LLC. Laura graduated from Boston College in 2008 with her Bachelor's degree in Human Development. She has completed the coursework for her Master's Degree in School Counseling and is currently enrolled in the University of California - College Admissions Counseling Certificate Program.

Upon graduation from Boston College, Laura worked in various public schools within Massachusetts and has a true passion for working with students and their families, specifically in the college planning process.

Laura is a member of the Massachusetts School Counselor Association (MASCA). She can be heard moderating some of our workshops in the Student Positioning and Admissions Assistance components.


Zach CongelliereZach Congelliere is a Smart Track™ Consultant with the College Resource Center, LLC. Zach graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising.

Zach joined the College Resource Center, LLC in January 2010. He has passionately pursued his role in helping students and families select the right fit for college. Along with this he has helped facilitate the processing of many different financial aid forms for the families he works with.

Zach is a member of Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC) and the National College Advocacy Group (NCAG).


Tom LambTom Lamb is the Student Athlete Director with the College Resource Center, LLC and has spent his last 40 years in education helping student athletes as a teacher, coach, and as an Athletic Director. Coach Lamb, a scholarship football player and captain at Holy Cross College, has coached track, softball, basketball, baseball and has won four state championships in football. He was recently awarded the MIAA State Association John E. Young Award for outstanding service to thousands of boys and girls attending MIAA schools across Massachusetts. Additionally, Coach Lamb has been the recipient of the Coach of the Week Award from the New England Patriots.

Coach Lamb’s passion for the recruiting process has helped hundreds of high school student athletes over his 40 year career. From Doug Flutie to the current Senior Class, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge regarding the recruiting process. His experience as a scholarship athlete, three years coaching Div III college athletes, four years coaching Div I college athletes offering scholarships, and 33 years as a high school coach provides him with a special background for assisting student athletes with their college choices.  Also, Coach Lamb’s son and daughter-in-law coach at the college level at Harvard and Boston College respectively.


Doug BrownDoug Brown is the Director of Writing Support Programs and Adjunct Lecturer in the Brown University Department of English. Doug earned a B.A. in English from Wesleyan University in 1984 and an M.A. in Creative Writing from City College in 1995. Over the last twelve years, he has taught a range of writing intensive courses at Rhode Island School of Design and Providence College, as well as in the Nonfiction Writing Program at Brown University (2002-2007).

As Director of Writing Support Programs at Brown University, he heads up the Writing Center and the Writing Fellows Program. He is the 2006 recipient of the Brown Undergraduate Council of Students Award for Excellence in Teaching and the 2007 recipient of the Wilson-DeBlois Award for his work with graduate students. Doug's academic interests include issues of writing pedagogy and assessment. Outside of the classroom, Doug is also a jazz guitarist.
